梁榮駿 Alvin Leong 為本地資深音樂製作人，投身唱片行業數十年，經驗豐富。他曾任職唱片公司國際推廣部，A&R經理及唱片製作事務，並負責監製及唱片製作工作，曾成功打造多位天皇天后包括王菲及張國榮。在音樂行業內打滾多年，Alvin清楚認識其運作模式。從此晉身為獨立製作人的第一人。
Alvin與王菲合作無間，並共同成立音樂製作公司，攜手繼續追求音樂理想。與此同時，Alvin再度替天皇巨星張國榮合作，製作重返樂壇大碟及成為製作公司合作伙伴。
踏入千禧年代，Alvin再接再厲，與樂壇接力巨星陳奕迅一拍即合，製作大碟U87 作品如 “浮誇”及 “葡萄成熟時” 等，叫好叫座。其後合作作品如 “富士山下"，"陀飛輪"  及 “一絲不掛”更令其事業再創高峯。同年更憑"富士山下"國語版，"愛情轉移"，成為國內大熱之作。
同期，Alvin更製作張敬軒 “酷愛”大碟，大受好砰，令其於樂壇上站上重要位置。其他曾與Alvin  合作的歌手 

梁榮駿目前擔任香港作曲家及作詞家協會（CASH）的理事，作為一位多年的理事，對音樂行業作出了重大貢獻。通過在CASH的角色，他能夠積極參與塑造音樂行業的格局，捍衛作曲家和作詞家的權益。他對音樂的熱情驅使他不斷尋找支持和促進行業內人才的方法，努力對音樂社區產生持久影響。

Alvin Leong, a seasoned local music producer, has been dedicated to the record industry for decades, bringing with him a wealth of experience. He has held various positions within record companies, including international promotions, A&R management, and record production. Alvin has successfully crafted numerous iconic artists such as Faye Wong and Leslie Cheung. With extensive years in the music industry, Alvin possesses a deep understanding of its operations, making him a pioneer as an independent producer.

Alvin has collaborated closely with Faye Wong, co-founding a music production company to continue their pursuit of musical ideals. Alvin reconnected with the legendary Leslie Cheung, producing his comeback albums and becoming a production company partner. In the new millennium, Alvin continued to excel, collaborating with the prominent star Eason Chan and producing hit albums like the 2005 title ‘U87’ with tracks such as “Exaggeration' and 'When Grapes Are Ripe,' receiving widespread acclaim. Subsequent collaborations by Alvin Leong, such as 'Below Mount Fuji,' 'Tourbillon,' and 'Naked,' continued to elevate his career to new heights. These projects not only showcased the singer’s untapped talent but also solidified his position in the industry. In that same year, the Mandarin rendition of 'Below Mount Fuji,' known as 'Transfer of Love,' enjoyed immense success worldwide, further propelling the producer’s status as a prominent figure in the entertainment scene.

During the same period, Alvin's collaboration with Hins Cheung in 2007 on the album 'Cool Love' was a major turning point for his career. The album received widespread acclaim and numerous awards, catapulting the artist to mainstream success in the music industry.

Currently, Alvin is serving as a director of the Composers and Authors Society Hong Kong (CASH), contributing significantly to the music industry. Through his long serving role at CASH, having been able to actively participate in shaping the landscape of the music sector, championing the rights and interests of composers and authors. His passion for music drives  continuously seek ways to support and promote the talents within the industry, striving to make a lasting impact on the musical community.
